Fee Payments

• Remittances must be addressed to SJ international School, Lucknow
• All bills are payable by the 10th of the month in which they are presented.
• New admissions will have to pay admission fee, annual charges and 1st term fee in cash only.
• The quarterly fee can be paid through cash/cheque/Digital payment/debit or credit card.

Late Fine

• Rs. 100/- after 10th day of the month in which fee has to be paid quarterly, Rs. 500/-after 20th day of the month.
• If Fees are not paid by the last date of the month in which they are presented, the name of the student shall be struck off the school Rolls.
• If a student is struck off the Rolls he/she will lose his/her place in the school. Re-admission fees of Rs. 1000/- in addition to arrears due will have to be paid.
• Fee for four terms shall be paid in the month of April, July, October and January for the respective academic year. Annual charges will be taken one time in the starting of the session itself. (Applicable to Old & New Students both)
• If the Fees paid by cheque gets dishonored for any reason, additional fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged along with late fee fine. If the cheque gets dishonored once, the fee will be taken in cash or by card payment only.
• Please note that out-station cheques are not accepted.
• No transaction will be made on Sunday/Holidays.
• Students will not be allowed to appear for the term tests unless all dues are cleared. No student will be permitted to begin a new term unless all arrears due on his/her account are cleared before the commencement of the term.
• Clerical error will not be accepted as an excuse for nonpayment of fees. Adjustment will be made as soon as the clerical errors are verified and duly rectified.
• No deduction of fees can be made for students who return late to school, after term has already begun.

TC & Withdrawals'

• Parents who are willing to take their students off the school at any time have to give a written application to school to apply for the TC. A withdrawal form will be given after the payment, which parents have to submit to school. A minimum 15 days will take to issue the TC. In case parents wants a TC counter signed by the BSA/DIOS a minimum of one month time will be taken by the school. No request for hurry in this regard will be entertained.
• Any Parents applying for the TC in the mid session will have to pay full fee of that quarter in which child has attended even a single day.
• Two clear calendar months’ notice in writing must be given when a child is withdrawn from school. If two months’ notice is not given, then term’s fee following that in which the child is withdrawn will be charged.
• If a student is absent for more than 10 consecutive days without informing the school, his/her name will be struck off the Rolls and it will be assumed that (s)he will not be returning and his/her vacancy will be given to someone on the waiting list.
• After long vacations, if a student does not rejoin school within 10 working days of opening of the term, it will be assumed that (s) he is not returning and his/her name will be struck off the Rolls. In case of urgent leave of absence please make sure that the school has been informed in advance and sanction obtained.

Note:- Parents who do not wish their child to continue in the new school term, should give a clear two months notice in writing to the Principal. If your child is withdrawn and parents wish to re-admit him/her, during the same academic session in the same class, one month’s fee will be charged as admission fees, only if there is a vacancy.

Note:-

• For the security refunds parents will have to submit an application in advance and take a clearance certification from the office.
• Day Boarding and crèche facility amount will be taken separately from the parents who intend to avail the facility.
• Transportation fee will be taken as per the distance per km.
